I say Madara is Obito.
Madara, being still alive, should be about 100 years old now, and i can only assume he used the Immortality Jutsu (also being used by Orochimaru).
If you can assume Obito was still somewhat alive after being crushed by the rockslide, Madara could have found and used Obito's half-dead body to complete the jutsu. Proof? Tobi and Kakashi are the same age, and as explained before, Madara's impossible age of 100+
